By connecting to an app-based platform like Kinomap, ZWIFT or iConsole+ Training, you can virtually tour breath-taking landscapes or participate in online courses. The resistance in the watt programme can set between 10 and 350 watts and is automatically adjusted in precise 5-watt increments to let you electronically control the intensity of your workout.

Easy-to-use controls to get started quickly

The controls for the exercise bike were intentionally kept simple. Just make a few basic inputs on the LCD display, and you can begin your workout. All important training data like time, distance, speed, watts, RPM, calories and heart rate are displayed clearly. Monitor your heart rate using either the integrated hand contact sensors or an optional chest strap for more precise measurements.

Customisable for maximum comfort

The Kettler Ergo 400 exercise bike can be adjusted to meet your exact needs. The saddle is adjustable both vertically and horizontally, and it can be swapped for a different seat using conventional bicycle attachments.
