iFIT workouts – more than just exercise

An iFIT workout is more than just exercise; it's an experience! Well over 100 experienced professional trainers are waiting to guide and motivate you through studio and outdoor workouts in breath-taking landscapes. The iFIT trainers have travelled all seven continents and shot a variety of outdoor workout videos in over 50 countries. The iFIT library contains over 10,000 workouts and is constantly growing. iFIT continues to produce new, high-quality content.

Whether you are using iFIT on your cross trainer, exercise bike, indoor cycle, rowing machine or treadmill, you are sure to find workouts to inspire you. Let world-class trainers like Tiki Barber (former NFL running back) or Alex Gregory (rower and two-time Olympic gold medalist) motivate and interactively guide you through the workouts.

Ingenious features

When you use iFIT on your ProForm or NordicTrack machine, the app can make automatic adjustments to the resistance, speed or incline level. The SmartAdjust technology makes sure the settings are always within the range of your current fitness level. SmartAdjust is also used in the trainer workouts. With the Follow Trainer feature the trainer can directly adjust the intensity settings of your equipment during your workout. This lets you experience the iFIT workouts and trainer instructions as if they were right there with you, live. You can directly feel it when the trainer climbs a hill or adds a short sprint as you follow along.

Achieve more together

iFIT keeps you motivated and engaged with new details and tips. For example, the app suggest various challenges for you to master every month. The rewards you earn are added to your Trophy Case where you can see how much you have accomplished. You can connect with other iFIT members and join a Community Support Group. Participating in the community helps you stay motivated and inspired.

Custom training settings

Aside from the iFIT workouts, you can also create your very own workouts designed to meet your personal training needs. Set changes in the speed, incline or resistance however you like.

Streaming services

When using iFIT on your equipment's console, you not only have access to exercise and training courses but can also stay entertained with videos, music, audiobooks or podcasts. The most common streaming services are integrated into iFIT. Your training time flies by while watching episodes from your favourite series. Some streaming services will require their own subscription, of course.

Routes in Google Maps

Are you training for a real-world route, e.g. in your area, for on a planned holiday or a race? The integration of Google Maps lets you set custom routes so you can master the desired route from the comfort of your own home.

See your achievements

The workout statistics in iFIT help you keep track of your progress. You can literally see how far you've come with the total distance travelled and check your average speed, heart rate and resistance level and get an estimate of how many calories you have burned. iFIT can display this data by day, week, month or since the beginning of the year. Your training data is also displayed during your workout.

Transfer data from iFIT

iFIT allows you to transfer your training data to Apple Health, Garmin Connect, Google Fit and Strava. You can easily sync your iFIT equipment with the desired training app. Your training data is then automatically transferred to the linked application.

Connecting devices

iFIT lets you connect a variety of devices via Bluetooth. For example, you can use the iFIT app on the console of your fitness machine to connect to a smartphone or tablet. You can also connect iFIT to a heart rate monitor. This could be a chest strap with a compatible connection type to provide accurate heart rate measurements.

Furthermore, you can also connect Bluetooth headphones to your iFIT device to significantly reduce the noise level of your workout for others in the room or building.
