The BC70 is a training partner for comfortable endurance training at home that is easy on the joints and back. The recumbent exercise bike is equipped with a high backrest that supports the entire back and lumbar area. In this slightly reclined sitting position, the intervertebral discs, joints and knees are pleasantly supported during training. 16 resistance levels and 12 preset programmes are available for a varied and motivating workout at every fitness level. From light movement training to an intense workout that strengthens the leg muscles, everything is possible on the BC70. Other programmes are pulse-controlled and are therefore ideal for particularly effective training: the heart rate display makes monitored training easier and helps you to stay in the optimal pulse range for your fitness goal.

When it comes to training control, the BC70 offers another feature that is usually only seen on recumbent bikes in significantly higher price ranges: you can use the console to organise your training session, or the two conveniently-placed handles on the side of the seat. Use the corresponding buttons to navigate through the menu or adjust the resistance. There are also hand-pulse sensors on the handles to measure your heart rate if you have selected a pulse programme. Alternatively, you can also measure your pulse very precisely with a chest strap, which is available from us as an accessory. The memory function on the BC70 lets several people have an individual exercise plan: up to four athletes can save their training data and call it up at any time.

We heve the BC70 since ages (the old version with LED display) and we are very satisfied. Thanks to the every direction good adjustable seat position, both of us (my wife 160cm, me 176cm height) comfortable sit on it. I have tried several others, but very soon it began to hurt my butt, but not this one, it is different. The seat surface is big, properly padded and support our ass very well. I just ordered one more for my mother-in-law...;-) Strongly recommended!

Ich habe mir das Gerät gekauft, da ich aufgrund einer seltenen Knochen- und Muskelerkrankung sehr eingeschränkt bin, was die Bewegung angeht. Auf das normale Ergometer komme ich nur schwierig hoch und man sitzt auch nicht „bequem“. Das Liegeergometer bietet gleichzeitig Komfort und ein super Training. Man sitzt wirklich wie auf einem bequemen Stuhl und über die beiden Haltegriffe wird der Puls gemessen. Des Weiteren kann man über die Haltegriffe die Intensität erhöhen bzw. wieder verringern. Ich mache viel Cardiotraining um Gewicht zu verlieren und habe schon 6 Kilo abgenommen. Es macht mir richtig Spaß damit zu trainieren und kann es sehr weiter empfehlen ????????????????????????????‍♀️... [Read more]

As I have a herniated disc in the lumbar region of my back so I was worried in case the lumbar support of the seat was inadequate. I needn't have worried as the lumbar support is excellent. The seat adjustment exceeded my expectation. It can be adjusted easily in various ways. The bike is very comfortable to ride. Instead of it being a chore, I actually look forward riding the bike again. It is very well designed, very stable & excellent quality. Highly recommended.
