Die Kombination aus Lauffläche und Laufgurt dämpft hohe Aufprallkräfte und entlastet dadurch Ihre Gelenke. Der flache Aufstieg von 28 cm ermöglicht zudem die Nutzung des Laufbands auch mit Knieproblemen.Trainingseinstellung ganz nach Ihren Bedürfnissen
Beim ErgoFit treadmill K700 Mill Tour Basic Med kann eine frei wählbare Steigung von -5 bis +15 % eingestellt werden. So kann auch ein Bergablaufen simuliert werden, wodurch Sie Ihre Koordination und Kraft fördern können. Die Laufgeschwindigkeit kann in 0,1 km/h Schritten zwischen 0,2 km/h bis hin zu einer maximalen Geschwindigkeit von 25 km/h frei reguliert werden. So können Sie Ihr Lauftraining ganz individuell auf Ihre Bedürfnisse anpassen.
