The machine not only works the upper body of the trainee but also targets and strengthens their cardiovascular system.

Ergonomic construction

The seat of the ErgoFit upper body machine Circle 4000 Med can be folded inward. This way, users can train while standing, seated, on an exercise ball or in a wheelchair. The grip position can easily be adjusted, and the length of the crank arms is also adjustable. The handles have a spherical design commonly used in some wheelchair sports. The ball handles fit nicely in the hands and encourage an ergonomic hand position. Additionally, this grip style also stimulates the musculature of the hands to promote blood circulation.

High performance yet quiet

The ErgoFit upper body machine Circle 4000 Med can deliver varied and challenging workouts with a performance range from 15 to 400 watts in eight programmes. The movement can be performed either forwards or backwards to avoid imbalances in muscle development. Equipped inside the ErgoFit upper body machine Circle 4000 Med is an eddy current braking system.
