The Inspire Functional Trainer FTX is a DAP (Dual Adjustable Pulley) in a class of its own, offering excellent value for money! But that's not all — it's also very compact! Thanks to the two 75 kg weight stacks with a 2:1 resistance ratio, countless functional strength exercises can be performed in the smallest of spaces. The set includes two D-handles, a triceps rope, a multi-function belt and a curl bar. Using the multi-function belt, you can perform assisted or weighted pull-ups on the built-in pull-up bar with the weights. Efter at have tjekket markedet for brugbare multimaskiner for kørestolsbrugere, samt til fornuftige penge og i en rimelig størrelse til hjemmebrug, faldt valget på Inspire Functional FTX. Og jeg blev ikke skuffet, langtfra. Da jeg fik maskinen hjem, samlet og prøvet af, kunne jeg med det samme fornemme at jeg ville blive glad hver gang jeg satte mig til at træne.
Der er lidt småting der kan irritere, men ikke i samme størrelsesorden som hvis jeg gik i et fitnesscenter og brugte deres maskiner, for der er det sjældent at finde nogle brugbare maskiner. Nu har jeg et helt fitnesscenter i min stue og kan træne når jeg vil lige så længe jeg vil eller orker!... [Read more]

- BEFORE BEGINNING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM, CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN. THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR INDIVIDUALS OVER 35 OR PERSONS WITH PRE-EXISTING HEALTH PROBLEMS. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING ANY FITNESS EQUIPMENT.
- It is necessary to inspect this multigym regularly to maintain safety and proper function. Use the maintenance schedule for this. Immediately replace any and all defective or worn parts. Pay special attention to moving parts such as cables and pulleys and connections to accessories. See “General Maintenance” section for complete details.
- Use this multigym only for its intended purpose as described in this manual or the exercise chart. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not hang from the moving parts. They are not designed to support a person’s weight.
- Make sure bystanders are at least 1.5 meters (5 feet) away from the multigym while it is in use.
- Keep children away from the multigym at all times.
- Do not place the multigym too close to walls and ensure there are no obstacles or furniture nearby.
- Stop immediately if you experience shortness of breath, pain, or dizziness during your workout. Inspire strongly recommends consulting your doctor before starting an exercise program.
