Varied workouts with the iFit app
The NordicTrack S22i indoor bike allows you to work out digitally at home thanks to the integrated iFit workout app. Stream indoor cycling courses led by world-class trainers directly onto the large 22 inch HD touchscreen and experience individual, personalised workouts. Choose from over 400 training programs and worldwide virtual tours. In addition, create your own training programs that can be automatically downloaded to the bike and vary your training to your own liking.Comfortable workouts
For optimal ergonomics during workouts, you can individually adapt the bike to your needs. In order to sit comfortably on the bike, the saddle is adjustable both horizontally and vertically. Even the slip-resistant handlebar can be adjusted vertically for an optimal workout experience. To additionally strengthen the torso during the ride, the S22i has two 1.4 kg dumbbells.Indoor cycling course at home
While participating in motivating indoor cycling courses, you can focus entirely on the workout experience. The S22i studio cycle automatically adapts the workout resistance and even the incline of the cardio bike to the specifications from the course trainer. Speed, incline, distance, pulse, workout duration, and calories can be read and adjusted on the large 22 inch HD screen.To continually improve your personal performance, you can choose from 24 different resistance levels with the Commercial S22i studio cycle. Thanks to the built-in hand pulse sensors, heart-rate-controlled workouts are possible as well. The built-in ventilator and the integrated water bottle holder help you stay fresh and get the most out of your workout.
