Thanks to an ascent of up to 40 % and a decline of up to -3 %, you can do a much more intensive training and a specific training of muscle groups. The NordicTrack treadmill Incline X7i offers you the option to work out with ascents of up to 40 % and a descent of up to -3 %. Due to this enormous adjustability, you can do a specific training of different muscle groups. A big advantage of the intensive incline training is that you burn up to five times more calories due to the increased muscle demand. In combination with the iFit App, the incline and decline function is automatically and realistically used via the App. That means that the respective incline is automatically set by the App.

The NordicTrack treadmill Incline X7i is equipped with an interactive display that offers you many options. By using the seven inches touch screen, you can call workout statistics and training options. After few settings, you can choose from 38 workouts and directly start your training. Pair your MP3 player with the machine while doing your training and enjoy the motivating music with the good three inches music boxes.

By using the iFit App, you can make your training even more diversified. Install it on your smart phone or tablet to benefit from the option to be accompanied by a personal coach or to run interactive tours all over the world on GoogleMaps™.
