HIIT Training at home – with the ProForm SMART HIIT Trainer

The ProForm SMART HIIT Trainier combines an Elliptical crosstrainer and Stepper together, in which the elliptical movement is vertically directed and not horizontally directed like on conventional elliptical crosstrainers. The SMART HIIT Trainer ellipse is built with vertical a diameter of 25.5cm and a horizontal diameter of 12.7cm. This type of movement is epsecially easy on the joints - and has no negative impacts on the joints or back. The ProForm HIIT Trainer combines two movements together: the legs moving like climbing stairs while the arms are guided in a boxing movement.

Training for maximum results - High Intensity Interval Training

HIIT is a form of training, that continually brings you to your maximum limits with regular short regeneration phases. Therefore your heart rate stays high during training and your muscles also benefit from constant loading. Through this combination you'll burn a high amount of calories in a short time - you'll also burn calories, up to 48 hours, after training thanks to the after burn effect.

Comfortable and smooth opertaion

The ProForm SMART HIIT Trainers 7 inch display, with quick-touch buttons, makes it quick and easy to use. The trainer also only takes up half the amount of space of a conventional elliptical crosstrainer and thanks to its transport wheels, frontally mounted on the base, it can be easily moved out of the way after training. An AUX port in the console makes it possible to listen to your favourite music during training.

Since the ProForm HIIT Trainer uses magnetic resistance, (and not like the other known HIIT Trainers with air resistance) it is very quiet. The 12.7kg heavy flywheel mass makes sure that the trainer runs smooth and evenly. You can choose from 24 different resistance levels in the manual program as well as 32 pre-set training programs. The multi-functional grips of the ProForm HIIT Trainer offer different training possibilities - measuring your heart rate is possible through the sensors built into the fixed grips.

Make your training more exciting thanks to the built-in tablet holder. Especially by connecting with iFit®, a program that, thanks to modern Smart Coaching technology, can offer virtual personal training and training courses. Der ProForm CrossFit HIIT Trainer erweist sich für mich nach der ersten Woche als sehr gutes Gerät um an meiner Fitness zu arbeiten. Er ist sehr gut verarbeitet und lässt sich intuitiv bedienen. Das Gerät läuft sehr leise und gleichmäßig und hat eine sehr gute Standfestigkeit. Erste Erfolge im Training werden schnell sichtbar. Die integrierten Trainingsprogramme helfen dann abwechslungsreich das Training zu steigern. Der Aufbau des Trainers selbst ist recht komplex. Ich bin froh dafür den Service von Sport Tiedje gebucht zu haben, der sehr zuverlässig und sauber gearbeitet hat. Einmal aufgebaut lässt sich der Trainer jedoch bei Bedarf gut über die integrierten Rollen bewegen. ... [Read more]

Das Model läuft sehr leise und bietet mehrere Wiederstandslevel.Ist dynamisch und beansprucht den gesamten Körper.Training auf dem Crosstrainer macht Spass!Und eingebaute Ventilator...ist cool!!!
