The “massage hands” move along the 86cm long L shaped guide rails, starting from the lower neck area, continuing over the back to your hamstrings/buttocks area. With a quick press of a button you can choose which part of your back or which point of your body should be focussed upon. Starting with a soft tapping massage that gradually massages from the buttocks to the hamstrings. Which is then followed by a more intensive kneading massage around the waist area releasing tension and blockages.
