The Wahoo Fitness Powertrainer KICKR is the worldwide first and unique ergometer bike trainer, which is completely controlled by iOS devices: via ANT+ or Bluetooth Smart sensors, the mobile device receives signals for a controlled workout. The bike trainer can be used with all common mountainbikes and racing cycles with tyres of different sizes. Chainstays of the bike is clamped into a role after removing the rear wheel - and the workout can start.While exercising, the Wahoo Fitness Powertrainer KICKR convinces by a precise performance measuring, a cycle sensation close to reality, and a silent, smooth run. A continuous improve in performance can be achieved by a special software of TrainerRoad by means of individually arranged training plans. The workout is continuously adapted to your current fitness level.
