The Nordic Track X22i treadmill is comprehensively equipped.
All training data such as calories, distance, incline, speed, heart rate and time elapsed are clearly shown on the huge 22' HD touch display. In addition, you can experience individual virtual training sessions on the large screen.

Whilst you use the so-called Push-Bar-Grab handles, your upper body is very effectively involved in the training, for which reason it makes training on the NordicTrack New X22i Incline trainer a full-body workout. Moreover, the oversized handles offer you an additional and secure hold in every situation, whether you are moving uphill or downhill.
