Terra Core - much more than just a stepper!
The Terra Core is initially reminiscent of a conventional stepper, but the surface is filled with air, which creates numerous new training possibilities. On one hand, a comfortable shelf is created for the body and on the other, an unstable training surface with which the training can vary in difficulty, depending on the air pressure. A hard air cushion is stable, whereas a soft air cushion needs the body to work harder to maintain balance. With the help of the stopper and the air pump included in delivery, the air pressure can be adjusted to the individual fitness level at any time.Equipped with horizontal and vertical handles on the underside, the Terra Core can be used on either side, which means, for instance, that difficult push-ups can be performed. In addition, the 14kg dead weight can also be used for standing training exercises.
