The 222 Wall Bars Set – versatile workout options

The BenchK 222 Series Wall Bars Set includes a fixed metal pull-up bar and a dip bar. The dip bar is easy to attach and height-adjustable to suit users of different sizes.

The PB2 pull-up unit has 6 grips in total, allowing you to perform a variety of pull-up exercises. You can, for example, do chin-ups or pull-ups to exercise your back and arms. The pull-up unit is also ideal for abdominal exercises, such as leg and knee lifts.

The dip bar enables you to work your triceps, chest, shoulders and abdominal muscles. The polyurethane foam padding ensures a comfortable workout, allowing you to train for longer without experiencing pain in your arms or back. The polyurethane foam-covered grips provide extra support during training.
