This rowing machine provides all the essentials needed for a simple, water rowing experience. Ideal for beginners. The easy-to-use, tiltable LCD display gives you a clear overview of your training data like: rowing strokes, time, distance and strokes per minute. The water fill level of the leakproof tank determines the base resistance. A pump and chlorine tablets are included, and a scale on the side of the tank helps you remember your previous level when you change the water or adjust the resistance.

The ergonomically formed seat and adjustable footplates keep you comfortable while you slide smoothly and quietly along the aluminium rails. A practical tablet tray can hold your smartphone for easy viewing while you row. The Duke Fitness IR40 is also very compact and can save even more space when stored upright – great for use in areas with limited space. It is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a sturdy, simple rowing machine with authentic water resistance for use at home.
