Simply turning a dial on the tank allows users to easily select from 10 different resistance settings, from casual rowing to intense strength training. This makes the Viking 3 XL a great choice for both beginners and advanced rowers – ideal for households with multiple users pursuing different fitness goals.

Stylish and robust ash-wood construction with a walnut finish

The Viking 3 XL combines the aesthetic and functional characteristics of real wood. The frame is made completely of American ash wood which was carefully sanded, stained and varnished to give it the appearance of walnut. The walnut finish not only looks amazing but also seals and protects the wood from wear and damage over many years of intense, regular use.

Fluid Bluetooth Monitor for real-time insights into your rowing session

The Viking 3 XL is equipped with the Fluid Bluetooth Monitor which displays all important training data. This includes the time, watts, calories burned and strokes per minute. Another special feature is the “Power Graph” function which visualises the force of your rowing stroke in real time to help you improve your technique. Furthermore, the monitor can connect to training apps like Kinomap and Fluid Connect via Bluetooth. Fitness apps can help motivate you to continue your training. They add an entertainment factor and help you analyse and track your progress. Additionally, a chest strap can also be used with the training computer to accurately monitor your heart rate for effective cardio-focused workouts.
