The compact Taurus Seated Chest Press IFP is a commercial unit specifically designed to target the musculature of the chest. This machine supports safe and effective iso-lateral training. Each side can be loaded with up to 100 kg using 50-mm plates for a total of 200 kg. The chest press has impressive features like a height-adjustable seat, extra-long handles for a variety of grip positions and a backrest that is narrower around the shoulders to allow for an optimal range of motion.

Die Brustpresse ist das beste was ich je benutzt habe... klar geht es auch mit bankdrücken, oder kurzhantel, aber die meisten Verletzungen habe ich mir mit freien Gewichten zugezogen.... und da ist das Teil der Hammer... anatomisch absolut hammer...und die brust lässt sich damit richtig gut treffen ohne die Gefahr sich zu verletzen... 5 von 5 Sterne gebe ich
