Running on the Life Fitness treadmill T5 Track Connect connects!
The treadmill convinces by a first-class running comfort - among other things, by three selectable levels of shock absorption – and its Track-Connect console. Besides the classic training control, it can also be connected with the mobile phone or tablet and can be used with many fitness and treadmill Apps.
The running surface of the Life Fitness T5 treadmill measures very big 152 x 56 cm. Hence, it offers even tall runners or those runners, who run at a high speed, a high safety and running comfort. Because: the bigger the running surface, the more comfortable is running.
You can also get your training data from a continuously updated list of partner Apps. That includes, among other things, the fitness Apps of Garmin, Nike or MyFitnessPal. Of course, you can also use your mobile device to watch a film while running.
The Track Connect console is also equipped with an energy safe mode to save up to 90 %.
The wheels, which run on the running mat, are 6cm. Hence, the running mat runs smoother.

Thanks to the Flexdeck Select Shock absorption system, the level of shock absorption of the running deck can be individually adjusted. Track Connect console: Entertainment while exercising
The Track Connect console is divided in two zones: the entertainment zone and the training zone. In the lower training zone, you can quickly do all training settings. Hence, the Track Connect console offers as standard 15 diversified training programmes. It includes five heart rate programmes, among other things, for increasing the maximum performance or for fat burning. It's very effective, if you only have little time for the training: the HIIT programme – a high-intensity interval training. The Connect console offers the possibility to place a smart phone or tablet and to connect it with the machine via Bluetooth. For mobile devices, many treadmill Apps are available as download, for instance the interactive App Runsocial. While you run on your treadmill, you can “meet” other runners, who also use this App. You can also meet with friends for little competition, i. e. - even if you live in Berlin and your friend in Paris.You can also get your training data from a continuously updated list of partner Apps. The T5 Track Connect with unique additional functions
The treadmill T5 of Life Fitness is a real long-distance runner.
