The 12-kg flywheel contributes to its smooth, concentric run. The adjustable seat and handlebar ensure users will be able to find an optimal seating position for maximum training comfort. Additionally, the Cycle 4000 Med features an extra-low, step-through frame so users can more easily get on and off the bike. The narrow pedal space allows for pleasantly natural-feeling pedalling. The ball-bearing joints ensure movements that are gentle on the user's joints.

ErgoFit Cycle 4000 Med: 9 training programmes, view all data at a glance

The Cycle 4000 Med exercise bike offers nine training programmes to allow for highly varied cardio workouts. Additionally, the resistance can be set to vary between phases of high to low intensity. The heart rate controlled programmes offer you a workout according to your personal training goals, e.g. weight loss or strengthened cardiovascular performance. Moreover, the Cycle 4000 Med exercise bike provides you a well-structured display of your training data during your cardio workout. This allows you to have all your data available at a glance (speed, distance, calories burned and heart rate). The training computer is very user friendly with intuitive controls.
