The NordicTrack cross trainer AirGlide 16 with iFIT allows for convenient and intelligent home workouts. With its 26 resistance levels and incline/decline settings ranging from -5% to 15%, you can decide between high-intensity interval training or gentle workouts to assist with recovery. The elliptical motion and padded pedals help minimise the strain on your joints. Buttons built directly into the handles and touchscreen controls let you make adjustments to your workout. An AutoBreeze fan in the console can adjust to match the intensity of your workout to keep you cool and help you push yourself harder for longer to get the most out of your session.

The 16“ HD touchscreen gives you access to iFIT (subscription required). iFIT offers personalised workout options to keep you motivated and coming back for more. iFIT’s library includes over 10,000 courses with world-class trainers, so training with iFIT never gets boring. The SmartAdjust function automatically adjusts workout programmes to match your fitness level based on your previous training data. This way, iFIT plays the role of a personal trainer to progressively get you closer to your fitness goals. With the iFIT AI coach (beta), you can chat with your trainer and have it create personalised training plans for you.

I use my elliptical 5 times a week. I love the variety of workouts on and off the equipment. The machine is sturdy, good size screen, there is a variety of music stations to choose from. You do feel the resistance when you choose workouts that require it.

The 14i is fantastic. I had a knee replacement and neck surgery for issues causing problems all through my body and the 14i allowed me to do cardio and have no p problems. I'm working harder then I thought I could. The 14i is excellent and exceeds my expectations.

My older version lasted 20 years and was so comfortable for a larger man. This one is not quite as steady but really good extras included. I am enjoying this elliptical every day

We are so satisfied with our 14i Elliptical that we will be looking to buy another Norditrack product in the future. This machine, the NordicTrack Airglide 14i Elliptical, is smooth and well-balanced with auto resistance, and auto incline/decline all paired with iFit, it all makes for the perfect workout routine. We love this machine more than the elliptical systems at the gyms we used to belong to. I can’t say enough about it, we love it and would purchase it again!

I upgraded from my decade old NordicTrack elliptical to this one and it was worth every penny. Great new features with iFit, the new screen is larger and clearer, the machine itself feels more well made and beefier, and it has a greater range of incline and resistance that offers a greater challenge and a better workout.

Works great, use it 6 times a week. The IFIT addition is a must! Great courses. Only negative, wish the AC vents could be adjusted so it could hit your face.

I purchased this machine to add to my other iFIT NordicTrack machines. Really awesome machine. Glide is really smooth with large footpads with extra cushion which adds to comfort. And I am obsessed with iFIT so just one more extra perk for this machine
