Adjusts to your preferences

With the NordicTrack treadmill T Series 16, you’re in control, not only of the speed and incline but also the cushioning of the running deck. The SelectFlex running surface is equipped with six shock absorbers that can be activated manually. Since you have two in the back, front and centre, you can determine where the deck is harder or softer.

The AutoBreeze fan can be set to automatically match the intensity of your workout, or you can set the fan speed manually. When you’re done with your workout, the wheels and hydraulically-assisted folding mechanism make it easy to reposition your treadmill and free up floor space.
