They provide an additional storage level, ensuring your workout is more varied and safer. When working out, the Taurus Spotter Arms can be easily placed into the holes of the barbell rack to catch the barbell bar when needed or to pick it up easily when doing bench presses. As a secure storage rack, you can simply place a (weight) plate on top during training.
