The Kettler treadmill Alpha Run 200 combines modern design with an especially space-saving construction. It quickly folds flat and can even be stored upright – ideal for small apartments or training areas with limited space. The robust build quality, pleasant cushioning and running surface of 128.5 x 45 cm make the Alpha Run 200 perfect for walking, light jogging and intense endurance training.

Setup in under 20 minutes – it could hardly be easier

The assembly for the Alpha Run 200 is exceptionally simple: lift up the hand rails, slap on two covers – that’s it! This means your treadmill is ready for use in under 20 minutes, and you can begin your workout as soon as you find a power socket. The treadmill’s operation is similarly easy: select programmes, settings, the incline and speed with simple buttons and an intuitive rotary button.

Motivation to exercise with Kinomap, ZWIFT & comprehensive training programmes

The Alpha Run 200 is not limited to the 36 pre-installed programmes, heart rate modes and custom user programmes – it can also be used with popular fitness apps like Kinomap or ZWIFT. Such apps allow you to jog along virtual routes to see the world, analyse your training data or participate in online challenges, giving you even more incentives to try a variety of workouts. The removable tablet holder is large enough to safely support any smartphone or tablet while you conveniently use your favourite apps.

Sturdy, comfortable and adjustable to your needs

The powerful continuous 2-hp motor runs at speeds from 0.8 to 18 km/h in fine 0.1-km/h increments. The incline function offers 12 gradients so you can adjust it for your fitness goals. The cushioning system makes using the treadmill easier on the joints in your knees and back – more comfortable than many surfaces outside. With a maximum user weight of 120 kg, contact sensors in the hand rails or the option to use a chest strap to monitor your heart rate, and built-in wheels to move the treadmill, the Alpha Run 200 has everything you need for effective, convenient cardio and endurance training in your own home.
