The cardiostrong Baltic Rower Pro is a beautifully designed rowing machine with water resistance. The indoor rower is available in two colour variations; other highlights are the long, silent rails, the comfortable seat, adjustable water resistance and much much more.

More like the ocean: Rowing machine with adjustable resistance

With a water tank that is lying flat, the resistance is always the same. The intensity is mostly changed by changing the intensity while rowing. This system is used by most conventional water rowing machines. This natural shortcoming is lifted with the Baltic Rower Pro. On the cardiostrong Rowing Machine Baltic Rower Pro the base resistance can be adjusted to six levels just by changing the amount of water in the tank. These levels are marked clearly on the side of the tank. Offering a chance to row a relaxed trip in the river or even through the whitewater rapids.

But that is not the only highlight of the Baltic Rower Pro resistance systm. Another is the sporty and smart design. The water tank placed at an angle, which both looks good and has the practical advantage that the rowing machine is a few centimetres shorter than if it was lying flat. The Baltic Rower Pro also has two colour variations: with a blue or a red water tank.

Of course training on the cardiostrong Rowing Machine Baltic Rower Pro is also comfortable. Apart from the above mentioned points the console has a tablet holder built in and the especially quiet guide rails. After training you can store the cardiostrong rower vertically out of the way to save space.

Ready, Set, Go!

The Baltic Rower Pro comes with a very user-friendly console with a total of 18 programs and a recovery test that evaluates your recovery rate and gives you a fitness score. The programs include classics such as 2000m and 10 000m programs as well as goal based programs such as distance, time or calories. The Baltic Rower Pro offers especially intensive intervall programs for people that have limited time but would like to achieve great results. In competition mode you can race against the computer, with 15 levels available.

The console has a built-in tablet holder. This means that after you have chosen the right training program, you can follow your favourite series. Or you use the front-facing-camera on your tablet and watch real rowing videos with the Kinomap app. The speed of the video can even be adjusted to your rowing speed.

Trainiere seit ein paar Wochen mit dem Gerät und kann nur sagen das alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Aufbauanleitung ist auch sehr leicht verständlich, auch die Verarbeitung ist Top.

Das Rudergerät war einfach aufzubauen und macht einen stabilen Eindruck. Der Sitz ist bequem und gleitet sauber. Leider ist das Display schlecht abzulesen, da schwacher Kontrast. Auch vermisse ich die Einstellbarkeit des Wasserwiderstandes bei gleicher Befüllung. Mir ist zwischenzeitlich aufgefallen, dass andere Hersteller dies bei gleichem Preis bieten. Insgesamt bin ich dennoch zufrieden. Insbesondere die Freundlichkeit und Erreichbarkeit des Servicemitarbeiters hat mich beeindruckt.

Der Aufbau des hochwertigen Gerätes ist relativ schnell erledigt. Zunächst den Sitz mit den Schienen verbinden (4 Schrauben), dann die Schienen mit dem Hauptteil verbinden (6 Schrauben). Zuletzt die Konsole anbringen, was schon ziemlich fummelig ist wegen der Kabel, die es zu verbinden und nicht zu beschädigen gilt. Schließlich Wasser einfüllen. Für den Start habe ich mich für die 4 entschieden, was mE sehr gut passt. Die Konsole ist nicht auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik. Dies ist wohl dem Umstand geschuldet, dass hier mit 4 Batterien AA gearbeitet wird, die leider nicht beiliegen. Sobald das Gerät mit der Kinomap oder der Peloton-App verbunden ist, erübrigt sich die schwere Ablesbarkeit. Super Gerät! Ich war hinsichtlich des Wasserwiderstands erst skeptisch und habe lange damit gehadert, weshalb ich nicht das Concept 2 (oder Merach R50) bestellt hatte, aber der Widerstand ist vollkommen ausreichend, um sich ordentlich auszupowern und sich an seine Grenzen zu bringen. Das Rauchen des Wassers ist definitiv angenehmer als Luft. Voll genial! Ich gebe meinen Rower nicht mehr her!... [Read more]

Ottimo e adatto alle esigenze della famiglia, sia dei figli ventenni che di me sessantenne. Simpatico il rumore dell'acqua durante le vogate di allenamento. Ne consiglio l'acquisto

Ich bin absolut begeistert vom cardiostrong Baltic Rower Pro Rudergerät! Schon beim Auspacken merkt man die hochwertige Verarbeitung und das elegante Design. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das realistische Rudergefühl dank des Wasserwiderstandssystems – es fühlt sich an, als würde man tatsächlich auf dem Wasser rudern. Der Widerstand lässt sich durch die Wassermenge leicht anpassen, sodass sowohl Einsteiger als auch Fortgeschrittene perfekt trainieren können. Auch die Laufruhe und Stabilität sind bemerkenswert – das Gerät steht sicher und leise, selbst bei intensiven Trainingseinheiten. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der komfortable Sitz sowie die ergonomisch geformten Griffe, die das Training angenehm und gelenkschonend machen. Das übersichtliche Display liefert alle wichtigen Trainingsdaten wie Zeit, Distanz, Schläge pro Minute und Kalorienverbrauch auf einen Blick. Was mir persönlich sehr wichtig war: Das Gerät sieht nicht nur sportlich aus, sondern fügt sich durch sein edles Holzdesign auch perfekt in die Wohnung ein.
