The cardiostrong Baltic Rower Pro is a beautifully designed rowing machine with water resistance. The indoor rower is available in two colour variations; other highlights are the long, silent rails, the comfortable seat, adjustable water resistance and much much more.

With a water tank that is lying flat, the resistance is always the same. The intensity is mostly changed by changing the intensity while rowing. This system is used by most conventional water rowing machines. This natural shortcoming is lifted with the Baltic Rower Pro. On the cardiostrong Rowing Machine Baltic Rower Pro the base resistance can be adjusted to six levels just by changing the amount of water in the tank. These levels are marked clearly on the side of the tank. Offering a chance to row a relaxed trip in the river or even through the whitewater rapids.

But that is not the only highlight of the Baltic Rower Pro resistance systm. Another is the sporty and smart design. The water tank placed at an angle, which both looks good and has the practical advantage that the rowing machine is a few centimetres shorter than if it was lying flat. The Baltic Rower Pro also has two colour variations: with a blue or a red water tank.

With its comfortable seat (soft cushioning and comfortable height), exact adjustable console and the ergonomical small distance between the feet you could think that exercising on the cardiostrong Rowing Machine Baltic Rower Pro is just for comfort. This can be true; as the Baltic rower is perfect for everything from rehabilitation to ambitious elite training. Possible due to the fantastic durability, shown by a maximum user weight of up to 170 kg and the semi-professional approval of the machine. If you want, you can also really get into a sweat on the Baltic Rower Pro.

Of course training on the cardiostrong Rowing Machine Baltic Rower Pro is also comfortable. Apart from the above mentioned points the console has a tablet holder built in and the especially quiet guide rails. After training you can store the cardiostrong rower vertically out of the way to save space.

Ready, Set, Go!

The Baltic Rower Pro comes with a very user-friendly console with a total of 18 programs and a recovery test that evaluates your recovery rate and gives you a fitness score. The programs include classics such as 2000m and 10 000m programs as well as goal based programs such as distance, time or calories. The Baltic Rower Pro offers especially intensive intervall programs for people that have limited time but would like to achieve great results. In competition mode you can race against the computer, with 15 levels available.

The console has a built-in tablet holder. This means that after you have chosen the right training program, you can follow your favourite series. Or you use the front-facing-camera on your tablet and watch real rowing videos with the Kinomap app. The speed of the video can even be adjusted to your rowing speed.

Ich habe mich bewusst für ein Wasser-Rudergerät entschieden und der Baltic Rower Pro hat meine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Der Widerstand passt sich dem Krafteinsatz an – das fühlt sich richtig authentisch an. Das Gerät läuft angenehm leise mit einem beruhigenden Wassergeräusch, das das Training fast meditativ macht. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig, es wackelt nichts und der Sitz gleitet sehr geschmeidig. Außerdem lässt sich das Gerät einfach hochstellen und platzsparend verstauen. Perfektes Training

Ich habe den Baltic Rower neu entdeckt, nachdem ich Jahre nur Luft-gebremste Rudergeräte kannte. Wasser ist einfach besser. Natürlicheres Geräusch, die Schrägstellung ist ein Geniestreich. Selbst bei mittlerer Wasserbefüllung erreiche ich echte Leistungssteigerung. Und es ist einfach neben dem Schrank wegzuräumen.

Das Gerät ist leicht zum zusammenbauen. Durch den Wassertank ist das Rudern sehr angenehm und auch leise. Ich habe mir das Rudergerät gekauft, da es leicht zum Aufstellen ist und wenig Platz braucht. Top Gerät- sehr kurzweilig!

Ich habe mich für dieses Rudergerät entschieden, da es sehr platzsparend ist. Der Wassertank erlaubt mir, den Widerstand über die Füllmenge zu verändern. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Ich bin begeistert. Ich kann es im Keller hochstellen und das Zuggefühl war für mich mit Abstand das Beste. Im Vergleich zu anderen war der Rückzug deutlich besser und ohne Leerlauf.

Los materiales de esta máquina son de primera. Me preocupaba lo referente a los niveles de resistencia, pero debo decir que son realmente estupendos. El asiento es muy cómodo y la altura están bien pensados. Habitualmente lo uso en la resistencia 4 y se nota mucho. Buena elección a un buen precio.

Das Gerät ist überwiegend gut verarbeitet. Die "Schalen" für die Fußaufnahme ist zu kantig verarbeitet. Barfuß schmerzen scharfe Kanten. Die Bedienungsanleitung des Displays ist deutlich zu oberflächlich. Ein Video (YouTube), wie die Montageanleitung wäre für die Displaybedienung sehr hilfreich. Ansonsten ist die Anleitung verständlich ausgeführt.
