Versatile and comfortable workouts

Thanks to a performance range from 15 to 400 watts, this exercise bike is able to offer a wide spectrum of training intensities. From light warm-ups to intense, sweat-inducing endurance training, anything is possible. The ErgoFit exercise bike Cycle 457 Med is equipped with an eddy current braking system (induction technology). This type of braking system is wear-free and self-regulating to make it last longer than mechanical brakes.

Adjusting the height of the gel seat on the Cycle 457 Med is especially convenient due to an integrated pneumatic spring. The seat can also be positioned horizontally. Users can easily make adjustments to the Cycle 457 Med to find their desired seating arrangement. The multi-grip handlebars also offer a number of options. Play around with the adjustment mechanisms until you find the most pleasant position that supports your riding posture.

All important training data readable at a glance

You can easily monitor your most important training data while you exercise. The displayed data includes watts, training time, distance, rotations per minute, speed in km/h, calories burned and your heart rate. The measurement precision is exceptionally high for this exercise bike and conforms to the safety and operating standards of EN 957 HA. You can also connect the bike to an optional chest strap to view accurate heart rate data without having to hold onto handlebar contact heart rate sensors. All the data mentioned above are displayed on the large LCD display. The blue backlight helps with legibility in any lighting conditions.

Training profile and training programmes

A total of 4 users can created and save profile data on the ErgoFit Cycle 457 Med so multiple people can benefit from its perfect performance analysis and workout controls.

You can look forward to varied and customisable workouts with the 13 programmes. The exercise bike offers 5 different resistance profile workouts with varying intensities, freely programmable interval programmes and multiple PWC performance assessment tests according to groupings for basic fitness, recreational sport and competitive athletes as well as a WHO test. Furthermore, there is a heart rate programme, countdowns for target values, a manual watt-selection programme and quickstart for free training.
