The BodyCraft EFT Functional Trainer is an excellent solution for versatile workouts at home or in a semi-commercial area like a company fitness room, personal trainer studio or health centre. The functional trainer is well suited for increasing explosive and speed strength and athletic performance.

The EFT Functional Trainer provides a plethora of possible exercise by letting you independently reposition the arms over a range of 180°. The 4-to-1 gear ratio gives you a lot of cable length to work with when performing large, sweeping movements even at high speeds. The scope of delivery includes two grip handles and a foot strap. We recommend purchasing a weight bench and optional handles and straps to allow for even more exercise options.

What are the advantages of a longer draw length on a cable machine?

More freedom of movement: A longer draw length allows for a larger range of movement. This means you can perform arching motions with a wide radius to help muscles fully lengthen and contract. This is especially helpful when performing flies, deadlifts and overhead tricep extensions which require a wide range of movement.
