The Taurus MS45 Pro E-Multi Smith Station is a genuine all-rounder for ambitious weight training that can be optimally utilised with minimal space. The Smith station is an amazing solution for a private home gym or semi-professional use – e.g. hotels, physiotherapy, personal trainers or office gyms. The home gym combines the guided movements of a Smith machine, flexibility of a cable machine, a pull-up bar, dip bars, a landmine attachment as well as a rack for free barbell training and many other options. The most outstanding feature is the electronically controlled resistance system that can be used instead of conventional weight stacks or plates.

Electronic resistance for precise, dynamic training

A considerable advantage of the Taurus MS45 Pro E-Multi Smith Station is the motor which can provide 85 kg of resistance. This motorised system makes handling unwieldy plates and weight stacks unnecessary. Simply select the weight via the touchscreen console. The menu has various dynamic modes ranging from standard resistance to a focus on the eccentric contraction or simulating training with chains. Whether you’re interested in classic weight training, functional movements or hardcore training to complete muscle failure – this multi-gym offers numerous exercise options for your workout.

In standard mode, the resistance remains constant. The eccentric modes (80% - 200%) increase the resistance during the negative phase of an exercise motion to effectively improve muscle gains. The chain mode simulates training with chains to dynamically increase the resistance at the peak of an exercise. The innovative design of the multi-gym not only improves the safety and tidiness of your training area but also allows you to quickly and easily transition from one exercise or user to the next.

A personal home gym with studio quality

With a floor footprint of only 158 x 135 cm, the MS45 Pro E-Multi Smith Station can transform any room to a professional-quality gym. The robust steel frame provides rigidity and high load-bearing capacity so even the pull-up and dips bars can withstand 150 kg of force.

The comprehensive equipment of the Taurus MS45 Pro E-Multi Smith Station includes a guided barbell (Smith machine) for safe squats, bench presses etc. The cable machines with 17 height settings offer you versatility with a resistance ratio of 1:2 (single cable) or 1:1 (both). A multi-grip pull-up bar and sturdy dip bars allow for a variety of upper-body exercises using your own bodyweight. The landmine attachment expands the spectrum of possibilities to allow for more core-strengthening and rotational exercises. Also in the scope of delivery are a lat pulldown bar, various cable attachments, a height-adjustable knee cushion, spotter arms & J-hooks for added safety with free barbell exercises and practical storage solutions for weight plates, a barbell and accessories – these all complete this the well-thought-out design. Perfect voor mijn houten vloer

Mocht vanwege een houten vloer op mijn 2e etage niet te veel gewicht per m2 plaatsen. Dit product is perfect. Frame is nog steeds zwaar, maar scheelt gewoon 90kg aan gewichtenblok. Alles loopt zoals een 'normaal' station. Instellen werkt erg makkelijk. Bijbehorend bankje die ik gebruik is de B950.

Habe die Kraftstation aufgrund der elektronischen Gewichte gekauft. Die Verstellung ist top und auch die Widerstandseinstellung funktioniert mega gut!
