Great programme selection for natural progress

The multi-colour LCD console offers a total of 36 training programmes, including 4 user programmes and 5 heart rate programmes. During your workout, the display provides a clear overview of all the relevant training data, and the traffic light function offers colour-coded feedback on your heart rate and RPM, helping you to control your intensity. You can track your heart rate using either the integrated hand pulse sensors or a Bluetooth-compatible chest strap.

You can also connect a tablet or smartphone via Bluetooth and easily place it in the holder. The Kinomap and Zwift apps open the door to a whole new world of virtual training. Exciting routes and varied workouts featuring real landscapes await you. You can either compete with other fitness enthusiasts worldwide or take part in interactive challenges on your own.

The electronically controlled magnetic resistance can be easily and precisely set using the intuitive push & turn wheel on the computer. The noiseless magnetic brake system provides a whisper-quiet ride, allowing you to focus entirely on your workout. Meanwhile, the 8 kg flywheel ensures a smooth cycling motion.

Using an ergonomic grip position helps you to optimise your posture and promote spinal health. You can adjust the incline of the handlebars to suit your needs. You can also adjust the saddle both horizontally and vertically to find the ideal position. The quick-release mechanism ensures that adjustments can be made quickly and easily. The exercise bike also has a low step through, making it easily accessible for everyone, including those with injuries or other limitations.

Easy transport and stability

The feet of the Hammer CardioPace 5.0 NorsK Exercise Bike can be easily fine-adjusted with a wheel, ensuring the bike stands securely and stably, even during intensive training sessions. There will be no annoying wobbling, even on irregular floors.
