Comfortable workout with ergonomic adjustments

The Kettler Tour 400 combines the classic stationary bike exercise with modern conveniences in a specially ergonomically designed machine. The extra-low step-through frame makes it easy to get on and off the bike for a more inviting workout experience. The tilting multi-grip handlebars and horizontally continuous and 11x vertically-adjustable seat position help users of various body types find the optimal seating arrangement – for pleasantly comfortable workouts that are easy on the user’s joints.

Precise, performance controls for any fitness goal

The Tour 400 allows you to train exactly how you would like to meet your personal goals. In the watt-controlled mode, the bike can keep the power output constant regardless of your cadence, i.e. pedalling speed – ideal for controlled endurance or performance-orientated training. Alternatively, you can set the resistance level directly so the faster you pedal, the higher the watt output. The electric motor braking system is especially quiet and precise across 32 resistance levels. In the watt-controlled programme, the resistance can be set as low as 20 watts and then increased in fine 1-watt increments.

Large display and versatile training programmes

The large 7” LCD screen is impressively easy to read with a well structured layout to display the time, distance, speed, watts, rpm, calories burnt and heart rate. A total of 37 training programmes provide adequate variation for your workout sessions including 30 preset gradient profile programmes, heart rate controlled programmes, target value and custom user programmes as well as simple quickstart in the watt or basic resistance modes. Heart rate controls help you remain in a certain range to efficiently achieve personal goals like fat loss or athletic endurance. Additionally, the compatibility with fitness apps like Kinomap can make your workout more fun and interactive.

The 8-kg flywheel produces a smooth concentric run for a pleasant pedalling feel while the robust build can support a maximum user weight of 150 kg. Sehr guter Ergometer. Filigran und doch sehr stabil. Tiefer Einstieg, auch ältere Semester kommen problemlos drauf. Flüsterleise selbst bei hoher Widerstandsstufe. Modernes, aber einfach gehaltenes, sehr übersichtliches und gut ablesbares Display ohne Schnickschnack und verwirrende Anzeigen, einfach zu bedienen. Konnte ich zuvor in der Filiale testen, war sofort begeistert. Kann ich nur empfehlen!
