The set consists of a pair of adjustable dumbbells, a kettlebell handle, a barbell bar and a weight stand as a versatile storage solution to organise everything for you home gym.Thanks to the innovative quick-lock system, you can adjust the weights remarkably quickly and safely. A coloured marking indicates whether the locking system is fully engaged. This lets you change weight plates in only a matter of seconds – significantly faster and more convenient than classic spinlock collars.
With a weight range of 4 to 28 kg per dumbbell and a maximum load of 48 kg for the barbell, this system offers many exercise options for beginners, fitness enthusiasts and athletes.
