The Sprint 8 programme is an exclusive and scientifically proven HIIT programme. With this high-intensity interval training programme, muscles are developed and fat burnt extremely effectively in short workout units. On the first-class 22" XUR console, there are numerous entertainment options and two Virtual Active routes available. With WLAN, Bluetooth, HDMI, or USB, you have a large selection of interfaces available.
