Thanks to the innovative ROX-technology, the Hoist leg extension and leg curl unit optimally adjusts to the body position of the exercising person. Thereby, an optimal, bio-mechanical training accomplishment is ensured and an increased movement space is provided. In addition, the adjusting movement is constantly shifting core area of the user. This provides small but precise demands while an adequate stability is maintained.
