Taurus Fitness Hoop

A workout doesn’t always have to feel like ‘work’. When you buy the Taurus Fitness Hoop, you’re getting an effective and versatile piece of fitness equipment that is a heavier version of the popular toy hoop you may have had as a child. Moving your hips in a circle to keep the hoop up requires activation of numerous muscles in your legs and core which raises your metabolism and improves coordination. So don’t be afraid to let yourself have a little fun – it’s good for you! Use the Taurus Fitness Hoop indoors, in the backyard or take it with you to the park.

A few upgrades have been made to this hula hoop. The outer foam layer makes using the hoop more comfortable than thinner, hard plastic hoops which may leave bruises. Quickly disassemble the hoop for convenient storage and transport thanks to a practical click-in system. The Taurus Fitness Hoop comes in either a flat or wave-shaped design for a slight massage while you use it. So loosen up, move those hips and maybe learn a dance or practise some tricks while you boost your metabolism, burn calories and improve your coordination, body image and mood.
