The NordicTrack incline treadmill X16 with iFIT is great for fun workouts!

The NordicTrack incline treadmill X16 is capable of 40% inclines and -6% declines to offer a unique workout experience. The experienced trainers on the iFIT platform (Pro membership required) support you by making each workout a playful and motivating experience that gets you closer to your goals. iFIT is easy to navigate on the high-definition 16” touchscreen. It also tracks and analyses your relevant workout data for you.

The NordicTrack incline treadmill X16 includes a number of features and support systems to actively assist your workout. The built-in AutoBreeze fan provides cooling relief while you push yourself to your limits and automatically adjusts to the intensity or your workout. With iFIT, you also have access to SmartAdjust which can automatically adapt the incline and speed of the current programme to suit your fitness level. If you’re using a chest strap, the ActivePulse feature can help keep you in a desired heart rate range – iFIT automatically adjusts the workout so you can remain focused and in your flow state.

Power meets comfort

The NordicTrack incline treadmill X16 is equipped with a 4.25-ps motor that allows you to run at speeds of up to 20 km/h. Thanks to the Springflex cushioning technology in the running deck, the impact of each step is absorbed and dispersed to provide a stable and comfortable experience whether running or walking.

The benefit of a steep incline of up to 40% is that you can effectively train at your limits: jogging or simply walking in incline mode intensely activates more muscle groups than on a level plane. This means you burn more calories in less time with a variety of training stimuli.

Train smarter with iFIT

iFIT helps you get the most out of your NordicTrack incline treadmill X16. It grants you access to a library with over 10,000 workouts. Aside from the treadmill courses, trainers lead classes in areas like strength training, yoga, Pilates, HIIT and so much more. The swivelling screen allows you to follow along beside the treadmill or anywhere in the room.

With iFIT, you can automatically synchronise your fitness data with popular apps like Strava, Garmin Connect, Google Fit or Apple Health. Furthermore, you have the option to watch your favourite shows or listen to music and podcasts during your workout with support for streaming services including Netflix or Amazon Prime. An iFIT Pro membership is required to use these features as well as subscriptions to the respective services.

Love at first run

I got a major upgrade when I swapped my existing NordicTrack tread for my new one! The decline alone is so amazing to simulate downhills but the 40% incline is a game changer. What I have always loved is the synced training sessions with auto adjustments to follow the trainer but with my integrated screen and upgraded platform it’s even more outstanding! Great Upgrade

I’m really enjoying this treadmill. I like that it has higher inclines and it’s really challenging. It’s smooth, easy to use has a smaller footprint than the old Treadmill. I had. I think this is really gonna help me accomplish my goals of better endurance and better health.
