The BodyCraft Wall Cable Rack WCR is the perfect solution for anyone who would like to train with a high-quality cable machine but has limited space to work with. The BodyCraft WCR mounts to a wall and features two independent weight stacks with 90 kg each and a pulley ratio of 2:1 for fine wight adjustments and a high range of motion.

The 32 height settings provide flexibility for any exercise – from chest flies and shoulder training to core and leg workouts. The included J-hooks and spotter arms transform the cable machine into a squat rack for safe barbell training. A multi-grip chin-up bar at the top of the rack expands the workout options even further, and the cables can be used for assisted or weighted pull-ups by both beginners and advanced users.
