adidas modular punchbag mount – Base
The base forms the foundation of the modular punchbag system upon which you can attach a Cobra bag, Short bag, Tall bag or Max dummy. It allows the bags to freely stand anywhere on a floor without a wall or ceiling mount. Its sturdy construction consists of a steel frame and a bag that can be filled with up to 100 kg of sand to provide the necessary stability to withstand intense punching and kicking without toppling over.adidas modular free-standing punchbag– Cobra bag
The Cobra bag is the ideal dynamic attachment for training reaction speed and precision. With a diameter of 18 cm, a length of 25 cm and an adjustable total height of 147 to 177 cm including the Base, it is intended for testing quick combos, evasive manoeuvrers and coordination. The Cobra bag inserts into the modular tube mounting system in the Base (sold separately).adidas modular free-standing punchbag – Tall bag
The Tall bag is the large, long bag of the modular system and is a versatile bag for punching, kicking and various combos thereof. With a diameter of 40 cm, a height of 103 cm and a weight of approx. 12 kg, it provides a large striking surface for boxing, kickboxing and fitness workouts. Together with the filled base, it forms a stable training station with a total height of 169.5 cm. The Short bag is a more compact variant of the Tall bag and is well-suited for practising powerful, precise punching techniques, short combos and saving space. In contrast to the Tall bag, it offers a smaller striking area and therefore focuses on training strikes to the upper body. Max is an anatomically realistic training dummy for practising strikes to a human head and torso. The head and chest allow you to simulate authentic punches, kicks and combos which can be especially useful in a real match for boxing, kickboxing and MMA.
