With their ErgoFit elliptical cross trainer Cross 4000 Med ErgoFit has developed a very solidly built cross trainer for use in medical facilities like rehabilitation centres and physiotherapy practises. The medical device offers a full-body workout that incorporates most major muscle groups and is easy on the user’s joints. The natural-feeling elliptical motion minimises impact forces on the joints and promotes biomechanically correct movement sequences for optimal training. Not only does the Cross 4000 Med work the lower body, but the swinging side arms can also be used for an upper-body workout. The over 20-kg heavy flywheel mass ensures a pleasantly smooth concentric run for the fluid elliptical movement. The machine is incredibly sturdy and suitable for intense workout sessions.

Precise measurement technology and workout variety

6 workout programmes and a wide resistance performance range from 15 to 200 watts in 5-watt increments, going either backwards or forwards, offer plenty of workout variety. The well structured LCD display provides a clear overview of your training data at a glance. Heart rate serve as an important health indicator, and the ErgoFit elliptical cross trainer Cross 4000 Med is equipped with a receiver for signals from a heart rate monitoring chest strap included with the scope of delivery.
