The seat of the ErgoFit upper body machine Circle 4000 Med can be folded inward. This way, users can train while standing, seated, on an exercise ball or in a wheelchair. The grip position can easily be adjusted, and the length of the crank arms is also adjustable. The handles have a spherical design commonly used in some wheelchair sports. The ball handles fit nicely in the hands and encourage an ergonomic hand position.
