When you log into your iFIT account on the 16” touchscreen of the NordicTrack Step Climber XL, its like you’re walking into a fitness studio combined with a travel agency. Follow course instructors in progressive workout series and see the world through the over 10,000 exercise videos filmed at locations across the globe. Thanks to personalised training plans, iFIT can automatically recommend a suitable workout for your next session. The NordicTrack Step Climber XL includes technology and features to automatically adjust the difficulty of a course to suit your fitness level based on previous workout data. You can also manually control the 22 digital resistance settings to exercise independent of the virtual iFIT-trainer’s suggestions.
