Delivery and setup was great. I use it 6 days a week and have lost over 20 pounds. Since I am 72, the low impact nature of the elliptical was really important. I am able to work out without pain in knees. The iFit is great. Had fun with Grahmn in New Zealand and the Road to Recovery with Tommy Rivs was great to start with when my fitness was pretty poor.

Worth every penny!

I have been using this machine to help me with recovery from back surgery. I love how it glides so smoothly. It’s very low impact and the iFit trainers are super encouraging. It’s been a fantastic investment in my mental and physical health.

The NordicTrack X16 elliptical has been an incredible addition to my home gym! It took me a few sessions to get used to the variety of stride options, but once I did, I realized how great they are for targeting different muscle groups. I love switching between iFit's outdoor running, hiking, and even snowshoeing workouts, which keep things fresh. The ability to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime while working out is a huge plus. Quality Machine

This elliptical is a high quality piece of equipment with great features and a fun to follow pre-workout program from IFit. The touch screen is user friendly and while the track takes some getting used to, once you spend some time working out it becomes comfortable to use. It was a great break from the treadmill. You need this as part of your home gym.

I've tried a lot of elliptical machines in my life, so I wasn't expecting much difference when I tried the Nordic Track X16 elliptical, but I was very pleasantly surprised! One of my favorite features on this machine is that each foot pedal is free-moving, meaning you can adjust your stride! It's great for shorter people like me, but it also gives me the flexibility to adjust my workout level just based on how long I step. I like that you can adjust the incline and resistance on the hand bars so they are in easy reach. However, even on the lowest setting, it provides a great workout! We’ve had the elliptical for 2 years now and is used 5/7 days by several of us. The workouts through iFit are great! WiFi works well, screen gives a high quality video. Most importantly is that we’ve had no service issues which is impressive for how much we use it.

Great Machine

I like the functionality of this elliptical. You can vary your stride to work the different leg muscles. My calves and thighs were sore after the first time using it and I was already a regular user of another elliptical and a stationary bike.
