The NordicTrack Cross Trainer SE7i (2021) has 22 levels of resistance to make your workout even more challenging while being easy on your joints. You can customise both using the quick-select buttons. Thanks to the interactive function of the crosstrainers, the resistance adapts to the training programme. This interactive feature comes into its own with the versatile iFit training app, which you can access at any time via the 10-inch touchscreen.

iFit is a service that provides access to tens of thousands of videos and series to get the most out of your workout. You can participate in motivating studio classes or explore the world with global workouts. You will always be accompanied by professional and dedicated trainers who will constantly motivate you to improve. If you wish, you can be accompanied over a longer series and, as a result, be brought closer to your goals step-by-step. With Google Maps, however, you can also simply go on a worldwide discovery tour without a trainer. iFit offers you endless training possibilities for up to 5 exercisers and can also be used in combination with other NordicTrack and ProForm equipment or for free training!

At first glance, the NordicTrack Cross Trainer SE7i (2021) is quite large, but NordicTrack has come up with something special: thanks to the integrated space-saver folding mechanism, the SE7i can be easily folded and stored in a space-saving manner - either horizontally or upright. Nevertheless, the NordicTrack Cross Trainer SE7i (2021) is very sturdy and stable thanks to the steel frame. Delivery is in one piece and only small parts need to be attached. So the assembly is complete in just a few steps and you can start your training after just 15 minutes!
